agent by signing this contract, I agree to release this company and photographer
of any and all liabilities.
These pictures we take of products and
me are to be used with express permission to go on the internet, and for
any legal purpose.

with us on the auction
By signing this form the 2nd part , this
I agrees that all jobs contracted through this Company I will pay the prercentages
agreed and fees. Yes I am over 18 years old.
Payment percentages.
(You)Owner/editor
keeping 75% from advertisers he/she sells/collects from "Local" businesses,
on classified ads etc.
Balance 25% is payment to AdsnPics
for website and advertising flyers and costs.
10% commission of profit will paid
to the Owner/editor when our AdsNpics related retail products are sold
locally with their help. Example our saddles, tack etc. 10% finders
fee for new Editor/owner for a Texas Town.
Auction profits will be split 50% 50% with
Tom Stevens and the owner editor.
These are auction profits from local pictures
and auction sales from your efforts, which is the amount between what it
cost and what was bid.

lot with adsNpics.com, but "No Participation" no pictures, no contact
for 60 days and you are subject to loose your exclusive contract to your
